Instructions
  1. Put lemon pepper seasoning on 3 tilapia filets and fried it in 2 tbsp. of avocado oil.
  2. Cook both sides for 3 minutes on medium heat and squeeze a bit of lemon juice for added flavor.
  3. Serve the tilapia with steamed green beans with a little more avocado oil and a pinch of sea salt.
  4. You can mix it with quinoa pasta with a bit of store bought pesto.
